Bug #1

Hello all,

    In the spirit of trying to get things rolling on Bugzilla, I have
submitted bug #1. It isn't really a bug after all, but really a feature
request.

    What I am looking to do is change the way colour and the login screen /
main page logo is handled, and make it customizable.

    Please go to http://cvs.brownkid.net/bugzilla/, create an account, and
take a look. Any and all commets would be wecome.

    I should have a first version of the patch later this afternoon,
provided nothing goes wrong.
