two not important bugs

Hi Hitesh, Adam and list!

Only two simply bugs:

in version 1.6 in location, network and device parent link it appears as
a link also the Top-Level Location/Network/Device; obviously clicking
the link, it appears "a location id to view was not specified". 

still in version 1.6 I have some networks in a location A, but in
location A information there isn't any assigned network to that
location. 

That's all!
