The particular issue you describe is resolved in Version 6.5. While it
IS listed as a development release, that is mostly because we changed the
way the program works. Personally, I've been running 6.5 (and the CVS) for a
while now, and for the most part it is stable. Another option that you have
is to wait until 1.7 which should be coming out any day now :)
Hitesh released a program to unlink those empty network nodes that is
causing your problem...I think it's included in the 1.65 release, so even if
you don't install it, the utility to hot-fix your problem is there.
Unfortunatly until you upgrade you are going to continue to experience this
problem.
