Well, i don't think so...
This is my test-cgi results:

As you can see CGI version is 1.1
So what's the problem?
May be it's my mistake but I can't find it.

You probably using version 3.x of CGI.pm. NorthStar isn't
compatible with it
right now but should be in the 1.65 release (about 2 or 3 days).
You can
either downgrade your CGI.pm to a 2.7x version or just wait for
1.65 to be
released (you could also use the CVS version, however, the
changes are all
quite committed yet.. should be soon though)
