Re: Error on v1.11

I upgraded to 7.1.3 and that problem went away. Now there is a different
one though :)

When I try to add an address to a network, i fill in all the fields, then
click "Add Address". then the same fields reapear(with the table size
now smaller), with the device field cleared. I assign the device, and click
"add address" again, and i get this error:

The following error has occured during your request.
Field MAC Address was not filled in correctly
Please contact the site administrator for more details.
NorthStar:/var/www/ns/lib/util.lib:47

Here is the format i put in the MAC address:

0003.a01d.cbff

Is there another format i should use? Is there a way to make this an
optional field? For example, if assigning an address to the loopback
interface on a router, there is no MAC address directly associated, since
it is not a physical interface.
