Bug in NorthStar.postgres.sql

The line:
INSERT INTO networks VALUES('0','0','4','0','1','Default Network','Default
Network','0.0.0.0/0','0','0','0','0','0','0','now','0','now');

Should be changed to:
INSERT INTO networks VALUES('0','0','4','0','1','Default Network','Default
Network','0.0.0.0/0','0','0','0','0','0','0','0','now','0','now');

This works, but I'd would be nice if someone can verify that this is the
case?
