Done.. the server will now read the <WhoisServer> section in the config file
and looks for the following values:
<WhoisServer>
ShowStatus 0
ShowPriority 0
ShowLocation 0
ShowDevice 0
</WhoisServer>
If they are '0' or not present the respective fields wont be outputted, if
there are '1' they will be outputted.
