This is on the drawing boards... will keep everyone updated as to the progress
of it once someone starts working on it...

The whois server will do a lot of this.. maybe some command line tools can be
derived from that to get the info from NorthStar and output it..

Not a perl expert.. well s*%$ ;-) Try out www.perldoc.com and get a copy of
the Camel book. I think that site is currently at the top of my most visited
list!!
It would be nice if there was a way to integrate support for other languages..
but this is something I will leave for the Perl gods for now!!
