Hello everyone, 

I just checked in the changes to make NorthStar CGI.pm v3.x compatible.  This 
involved quite a lot of changes because the %form hash no longer exists.  
Everything is done using the $cgi->param() calls now.  I have tested out most 
everything and all seems to be working well, however, I could have missed 
something so please update your local CVS trees and post any bugs to the 
list.  

Some other changes were made to move all Audit() calls over to their 
respective API calls.  Also a new function call API_FormHash was added to 
return a hash of the current form parameters.  Some other bugs in the API 
were also fixed.
