Module's have landed!!

Morning everyone, just a quick note to let everyone know that the module code 
has been checked into CVS.  Along with that NorthStar is loaded as an actual 
perl module with just a short stub script replacing NorthStar.cgi

To get this running grab the CVS version and then run 'perl Makefile.PL' 
followed by a 'make' and 'make install'.  The just copy the NorthStar.cgi 
file from the inst directory to anywhere your webserver can execute cgi's 
from and you should be ready to go.  More complete instructions will follow 
but it's time to get some sleep!!! (Yes.. I started this about 8 hours ago at 
11 pm yesterday.. another all nighter..)
