NorthStar v1.25 Released (Development Version)

Hi folks, just a quick note to say i've released version 1.25 to allow for 
some time to test out the new Network object code.  Full details are 
available on the webpage along with tarballs of the new version.  

Please make sure to read the installation notes because v1.25 does require a 
database update (I know.. not another one.. but hopefully there will be less 
schema changes as development progresses)

I am working on getting a public access CVS up for everyone to use.. this 
should happen sometime in the next couple weeks.
