Hi everybody, I have pushed out v1.02 of NorthStar to the public.  This 
version makes the change to the DBI/DBD drivers in Perl and also has a couple 
bugfixes thrown in.  

The main reason for this release is to test out the new DBI code and iron out 
any bugs before 1.1.  Check out the webpage 
(http://www.brownkid.net/NorthStar/) for the full ChangeLog and downable 
files.
