Deleting

Hello,

I am a newbie with Northstar but I have found it very useful.
I have a problem with deleting a network. When I delete a network
and try to recreate   it does not does not appear in the list of valid networks. I have been reading the Maillist archive and there seems to be some talk of CVS  Has anybody come up with solution for non programmers to solv this 
problem

My system configuration  is a follows.

Redhat Linux 7.2
Perl 5.6.1
NorthStar 1.6
appache websever
