You dont actually assign the subnet by clicking it's parent anymore.. just 
click the [Add Network] at the top left of the 'View Networks' page and add 
your network as usual.  The net is then placed at the correct location in the 
tree automatically.

The r should be 'addaddrrange'.. the fix is in CVS
